With a holistic approach to therapy, I value each person as a unique individual created by God with a purpose for their life, Recovering Hope Counseling helps couples and individuals with relationship, addiction, and mental health problems, including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, dual diagnosis (co-occurring mental health and addictive disorders), personality disorders, and other problems in living.

For Individuals

Through individual sessions, we will work together to create a plan and build your toolbox to overcome the obstacles in your life from anxiety and depression to grief and addiction.

For Couples

With couples therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship while working to resolve conflict and trauma.

Offerings

Intensives

During a three-day intensive, we’ll work together in a condensed period of time to establish foundation of honesty and transparency and provide you with tools to begin the process of healing from sex addiction and betrayal trauma.

Therapy Sessions

Using one hour or ninety-minute therapy sessions, I work with individuals and couples using a variety of approaches to help clients break through old pain and patterns of behavior to develop insight into their stories, and develop tools to process feelings, develop healthy patterns of living that will promote transformational healing.
